About Me

Over the years I have worked in many settings, from mental hospitals to wilderness therapy programs (involving backpacking & ropes course expeditions). I maintain an ongoing private practice.

I also run workshops based on personal growth, with the benefits of a peer group in which clients can receive and give support. These workshops often take place at retreat centers and in nature.

I truly love my work and believe that it is my "life path."
