At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to honoring each person’s unique story, identity, and capacity for healing. I believe that therapy should be a space rooted in safety, respect, and collaboration. My practice is guided by values of compassion, authenticity, and social justice—recognizing how systems of power and oppression shape our lived experiences. I show up with humility and care, holding space for both pain and possibility. Whether you're navigating trauma, exploring identity, or seeking growth, I strive to meet you with presence, curiosity, and an unwavering belief in your resilience.
Meet the Person Behind the Practice.
I’m committed to understanding who you truly are and partnering with you to create meaningful, lasting change. I take an active role in the therapy process, helping you explore patterns in your life with curiosity, clarity, and compassion. When supportive, I may offer optional weekly practices or reflections to help deepen your growth between sessions.
My goal as a therapist is to help you build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself, heal from painful experiences, and discover new ways to navigate stress and connect with others. I also work with individuals seeking personal growth and greater mindfulness—even when life feels steady, but there’s a longing for deeper insight or change.
Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—from inpatient mental health facilities to wilderness therapy programs involving backpacking and ropes course expeditions. Today, I maintain a private practice and also lead personal growth workshops that draw on the strength of peer connection. These often take place in retreat settings and natural environments, offering space for reflection, renewal, and meaningful connection.
Outside of my work, I find restoration in nature—whether hiking forest trails, sitting beside rivers, or simply breathing in the stillness of wild places. It’s where I reconnect with myself, draw inspiration, and return to the work grounded and refreshed.
