Dr. Audrey Lehmann, PhD

Therapy That Honors Your Story and Identity

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. I offer trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, and families—including children, teens, and adults. My practice is queer-affirming, rooted in respect, curiosity, and the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. I also facilitate workshops and classes that support resilience, connection, and growth.

Path

Meet the Person Behind the Practice.

I’m committed to understanding who you truly are and partnering with you to create meaningful, lasting change. I take an active role in the therapy process, helping you explore patterns in your life with curiosity, clarity, and compassion. When supportive, I may offer optional weekly practices or reflections to help deepen your growth between sessions.

My goal as a therapist is to help you build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself, heal from painful experiences, and discover new ways to navigate stress and connect with others. I also work with individuals seeking personal growth and greater mindfulness—even when life feels steady, but there’s a longing for deeper insight or change.

Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—from inpatient mental health facilities to wilderness therapy programs involving backpacking and ropes course expeditions. Today, I maintain a private practice and also lead personal growth workshops that draw on the strength of peer connection. These often take place in retreat settings and natural environments, offering space for reflection, renewal, and meaningful connection.

Outside of my work, I find restoration in nature—whether hiking forest trails, sitting beside rivers, or simply breathing in the stillness of wild places. It’s where I reconnect with myself, draw inspiration, and return to the work grounded and refreshed.
